Shipping Information

We ship all orders with our logistics partner DHL. As soon as your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by mail with which you can track your shipment online at any time.

Please note that in some cases a few hours may elapse between the shipment and the activation of the DHL tracking.

Export from the EU

If you would like to export your order from the EU, you can send us the signed export confirmation with the stamped original invoice. Then we can refund you the paid additional tax. All additional costs incurred (such as customs duties, taxes, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

How do I return my order?

Please note the following instructions when returning your order:

Pack the goods in their original packaging. The goods must be unused and the original labels/hangtags must not be removed. The processing time of your return is a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of the return.
For customers from Germany: Use our contact form and write us a short message with your order number. Afterwards you will receive your return label within 48 hours in a mail from DHL.

Print out the return label and paste it over the old address field. You can now hand over the package to a branch of Deutsche Post or to a DHL Packstation.

For customers outside from Germany: If you would like to return your order, please send your return postage with sufficient postage to the following address:
